Exploring

After My friend Leigh and her Boyfriend Adrian arrived, they took us exploring. Our first stop was 4 bays, a

Reservoir system. The boys explored and looked for frogs and such while I went off to find around looking for flowers to shoot. The men folk looked for fish to determine if they should come back the next day.

Just looking at the Reservoir

Taking Zach off to look for frogs or other interesting things.

Going to Seed.

I love this one, I just wish the flowers where a bit more centered in the photo. but we take what we can get with no tripod and wind blowing

Nice shots. I particularly like the second one. Somehow when I go on vacation, I almost never take pictures of people.

Just dropped in from Ponders Frog's blog. Read your comment about supporting OUR TROOPS. I support the dependents, too. They pay a high price as well. In 1964, My Dad was in Saigon, Vietnam when a BOQ got blown up on Christmas day in Saigon. The agony on my Mother's face said it all. My Dad was two blocks away, shaken, but unharmed. Dependents DO pay a price.

    Peace & Blessings.

    Hello Doris,
There are so many tales I could tell about dependents and their sacrifices for the man in uniform it would take pages. The dependents are the unsung heroes of the military - not because I was one nor because I am retired AF but because of what I have seen others go through. Hope you Bil can stay out of the HEAT and can soon return to The WORLD and you.

    Peace & Blessings.

Actually Marc that was straight out of the camera, only editing I did was to resize it to fit the page.
