FIre works
So on the 4th of July the Lodge across the lake had a fire works display.
Here are a couple of my favorites. I have never done Night shooting before. I used the wrong lens, I was thinking we would be much closer to the action then we where. I should have used a bigger lens. But that is ok, that is how we learn right?
It was a really nice display, where we parked there was maybe 20 other cars. ( I hate crowds!) we pretty much got to choose where we parked. The older kids went down and sat on the beach while the baby's stayed with mom and dad and us at the cars. We sat up chairs and sat at the cars. It was a nice evening.

I meant to capture fireworks for the first time this past 4th holiday, but didn't make it out due to rain. Maybe another time. These are cool. I especially like how the first one came out.

Your pictures are gorgeous! Thank you for sharing them! I haven't seen fireworks in person upon the lake like that since I was a kid and I probably won't for I don't know how long.
