Busy Day
I am posting this tonight ( 9-6) because I have a busy day tomorrow and I just don't want to have to to think at 5am LOL So I will post tomorrows blog tonight, then I can spend my time in the morning posting to everyone else's blogs!
So tomorrow is picture day for the middle school! I will be there to help move kids along, and to help sell the activity stickers! They let kids in to the "socials" with out having to pay the $3 fee. It is only $10 for the activity sticker in the end you save a bunch of money. So any way, parents never seem to purchase them ahead of time LOL so it is a mad rush on the last day.
So far the kids are enjoying school. Jesse was excited he was able to find all his classes today on his own LOL got to love that!
Levi is a bit frustrated with his Math class! he was told he would be placed in an advanced math class. He is in Algebra 1 the standard 8th grade math. I told him to give it a week or so, Teachers have to see where everyone is. At that point if the teacher is making him do stuff he already knows we will talk to her and see what we can do so he will not be bored out of his gourde! At least in High school he will have more options for Math!
Ok on to today's or is that Tomorrows art ? hehehhehe
This stared as a photo of an orange poppy. I used a few different filters and textures. Don't ask me what though LOL I find when I am creating peaces of art I can not tell you what steps I took to get the end product. I know what does what, but when you get like 10 or more on top of each other it is hard to remember what all you did.

Love the art, and I like picturing you lost in the moment while creating. Good to hear that things are going so well in school for the boys.

I know what you mean about the school messing up on Math. They tried to get Jake to go back to Algebra II when he was supposed to be in Geometry. I'd try and get it fixed now or at least ask about it before he gets too far in the class.
