Mothers and their Children.

The boys and I made it through the first day of school! Levi had a great day! I think he likes being older and being able to tell the 6th graders where to go LOL ok you know what I mean, He got to help them figure out where to go for their first class! but I still think he liked the power LOL  I came through this with only one miner catastrophe but luckily it was not my doing! and I just got to help clean it up!

I talked to one parent yesterday, He was telling me they had just moved from a town of 3000. Our school is
1100 + I kept thinking that poor girl! she was going to a new school that was almost half the size of her old town! But I'm sure just like when I moved from small town Oregon to the Metro area  she will do ok and adapt well too!

Jesse had a good first day with only one really problem! LOL some of his classes are in portable class room, while they finish the construction on the school ( that was suppose to be done before the first day umm yeah LOL) So he asked a teacher where their where located. The teacher gave him directions to the opposite side of the school! heheh Oops!  Luckily for him he ran in to an older student that was able to give him the proper directions to get back to his class!

Jesse has taken some advanced classes. One being a AP class ( advanced placement) at the end of the year he can take a test and if he passes he can get collage credit for it! He came home last night with homework in it hehehe It was easy but he was a bit shocked that the first day had home work LOL  But he is very excited about the prospect of having a collage credit to his name as a 9th grader! hehehhee

Todays photo goes along with the Mothers and Children theme. I was doing dishes or something in the kitchen yesterday and this is what I saw, a mother and her baby exploring my back yard. The only issue is the baby wanted to ride on moms back LOL mom kept pushing him off LOL.  I took these photo's through my kitchen window. I was afraid to go out and maybe scare them off.

Have a great day everyone!
