Life around my house
You all have seen the sunflowers when they where first blooming.
I cut down 3 of them to dry and left 2 up for the birds and squirrels. I knew they were enjoying the seeds from the missing seeds and the pile of shells on the ground. Only problem, I never saw them doing it LOL.
Yesterday we where headed out to Jesse's Back to school night. As we walked out the Door dave saw Mr. Squirrel up on the Sunflower. I ran back in the house to get my camera, I had to change out the lens. It had a short lens on it ( for landscapes and things.) I through the telephoto on and run back out.
When I get back out side the squirrel is hanging up side down by his back feet plucking a seed! I get the camera up and hit the shutter button NOTHING. Dang it I bumped the aperture ring! UGG it is disabled on my camera because it is digital. I have to put it back in place, and I get the camera back up and he is on top of the flower standing there eating. I snap a shot. I take ONE step to the left for a better angle and I spook him GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
The flash did not bother him but my stepping one foot to the left did. I'm going to head back out tonight around the same time ( i find things like squirrels and raccoons are creatures of habit.) and hopefully catch him in the act again and be more careful this time heheheheh.
At least the shot I did get was somewhat ok and well he is stinking cute

I love it! No one would know you had trouble getting a good shot had you not told us!
So down another 2.2 lbs today! I wonder what I'd be had I never started exercising. At this rate I'll never not be able to never exercise again. I've set myself up for the rest of my life I guess.
