Happy Friday Morning!

I have been watching this spider in front of my living room window. This time of year the Orb weavers around here get HUGE, so I have been watching her, waiting for just the right time.

Today was that time, the sun was in a great spot, I grab my camera and head out the door, only to be faced with great disappointment!  The wind last night broke the web

the spider is gone! I can only hope she will rebuild tomorrow with the wind has died down!  SIGH!

So I went on to play with my little maple tree ( I think its a type of Japanese maple) . I played with back lit leave shots, and  texture shots. so I guess you guys will get to see a few of the results.

I love macro of leaves, I love the veins.
