Part 1

Best friends are so cool!

Last night my husband found this little yellow envelope on the floor next to my knitting bag. He said it had been sitting there for about a week. I figure it must have fallen out while I was digging through it for something I wanted.

So I look at it and there is a little kitty sticker on the back holding it closed. I knew it was from Shannon! She loves all things kitty! LOL  So I  open it and it has a sweet little saying in it and it says I love you , Love Shannon!

So  I call her and Say umm I found this card. Was it for me or did you drop it while here and it was for someone else.

She says oh it is for you! I"m like when did you leave it here? She says On Dave's Birthday she slip it in to my bad.

That was back in October!!!!!!!!!!!! HAAHAHH I can't believe I had not seen it 3 months! LOL she must have thought I was so rude for not saying anything LOL 

Does this mean I'm really unobservant? hehehehhe




Part 2

Jesse went on his 3rd ride along last night. He went with a deputy he had never met before. He is a Supervisor so he gets to work all of our county. So he got to go all over. They responded to a man threatening suicide. Jesse was not aloud to go up with the officers do to gun and such. The deputy he was with is a hostage negotiator too. Even though he didn't get to see the action he was pretty stocked because an deputy pulled up and grabbed his rifle out of the car and asked Jesse where to go LOL

The Deputy, made Jesse feel good, he was really impressed with Jesse's knowledge of law and law enforcement! So that 2 months of no weekends so he could get LE training paid off! He complemented Jesse all night.


This officer Invited him along next week, It will be a double sift. 8 am to 11 pm. They are doing a homeless camp raid in the am then they will do their own shift in the afternoon. ( they are raiding it because of drugs and such).

Jesse was impressed with the balls to the wall driving to get from one incident to the next LOL
It doesn't take both Dave and I to go pick him up at night but I love to go and hear his excitement when we pick him up.


Levi is enjoying his internship but I doubt he gets the same High from it LOL.

He has been working on packaging fliers for the Museums traveling exhibit. It is hard to find something to exciting to write about. hehehehe
