So here I sit at the auto body shop.  We picked the truck up Saturday, they had her all last week.  We are back for them to fix a ding that they put in on one of the new peaces they replaced LOL OPPS.

We are pretty sure it was a door ding from their storage lot. But they have been great about admitting it was their fault and getting right on it.

We have been back from vacation for a bit over a week now. I know I have not blogged about it or posted any photo’s.  Let’s just say the school season is in full swing!  Monday we dealt with the car stuff, Tuesday I worked tell 7 pm at the school doing registration stuff. Wednesday We stuffed all the stuff in envelopes for those that didn’t make it to the registration times ( they had 2 full days and one evening )  that took 3 of us 4.5 hours  to do! That was a lot of work!

Thursday was Jesse and Tina’s One Year anniversary. Dave and I had our 17 year anniversary for our blind date on the 7th. So we went on a double date to a nice Steak house, then home to watch a movie.  Originally we where going to make manicotti but that didn’t work out so we did the steak house LOL

Friday was the day we celebrated my mom’s 61st birthday!  Shannon and family and My family all went down for a nice Lasagna dinner and then the Girls when shopping. (what else do you do on your birthday when you are a girl? LOL) We came back and had Angel food cake with strawberries and cool whip! My mom is not a big fan of cakes with icing.

Monday, We are taking care of the truck, then this evening the kids have their Explorer meeting, and I’m will do my grocery shopping.  I actually sat down and made a menu and shopping list, first time in months.  This is something I have done for like 10 years and for some reason this last spring I just stopped doing it! We eat so much better and spend so much less food when I do this.  This means I lose more weight LOL

Speaking of weight loss Shannon has twisted my arm until I can not stand it to get me to go do water aerobics with her. Ok all she said was I would like you to come and I said ok! Only down side it starts at 5:35 a.m. OY!  HEHEHe  I guess I can do it! Just means I will have to make sure and go to bed at the same time every night LOL I need my sleep!

Dave will be going fishing tomorrow with the boat, the pore guy! He has not gotten to take it out much this season because we have been traveling so much.  Speaking of Traveling we Leave Friday for our last trip of the summer LOL That doesn’t mean we won’t go on weekend trips threw out the fall and winter LOL Now that we have a camper  we can go whenever we get the urge to.   So we are going to head to the coast to our favorite camp ground over there for the Labor day weekend.  WOOHOOO. Gosh I love getting out of the city as much as possible

 So I journaled a bunch of stuff on the big trip so I will get on the ball and take you guys through our 2 week trip. Someday will be filled with righting other days may just simply say Went to town lol

P.s. Just got home and she looks Wonderful! they even washed her again! Although they may want to retrain the lot attendants on washing LOL  but i'm not going to complain she is a heck of a lot cleaner then she was when we dropped her off. lol
