A short break in your regularly scheduled broadcast

I know I know I'm suppose to be blogging about our trip, but I'm a wee bit excited.

Last night I canned for the very first time ever. It was quite the experience for sure LOL

I made 12 Pints of pickled green beans! Jesse and I love them and only get them at the holidays with friends give them to us as a gift LOL Or once in a great great while when we find them in a store.

If these come out I'm going to do pickled veggies and try pickles too.  I might have something to do with all those veggies that always seem to go to waist that we can 't eat or give away fast enough from the garden and we have a small garden! LOL

Of coarse this was all Jesse's idea but then he slept threw it all. By accident or by design? We will never know! LOL

They are not as pretty as they could be but I don't have the self control to sit and cut them all the same length LOL
